We are a practical shooting club, based on the south bank of the river Humber (not far from the Humber bridge), initially offering Mini Rifle, PSG (Practical Shotgun), and PR22. Our hope is to expand that to more disciplines in the future, such as LBP/LBR, and pistol calibres. Please note that at the moment, we require you to have a Firearm Certificate to join,  though HDSC is working towards becoming a Home Office approved shooting club.

We hold a club shoot on most Tuesday evenings (even in winter as we have floodlights), and we aim to put on a Saturday shoot each month (sometimes these will be Level 1 UKPSA matches, open to all). Additionally, we will be putting on other Level 2/L3 matches in the future – our next is a L2 Mini Rifle match in March 2025. Members benefit from reduced match fees.

The membership fee is £100 per year, prorated to your join date. The membership year starts 1st April each year. The probationary period is 6 months (so, £50 to join initially). Membership and club shoots are managed through a secure online software system from Range Mate, and open competitions will be on Practiscore.
